Questions about paying
How does the free trial work?
You get 30 days with everything, and no card is needed to start. If you don't choose a plan by then, your binder becomes read-only: everything you saved stays, you can still check in, and your switch keeps running, so your family is still covered.
What if my payment lapses?
Your switch keeps running and your people are still covered. A lapsed payment only pauses new uploads and edits. It never counts as a sign that something happened to you.
Why yearly only?
Because this is something you set up and keep, not something you use every day. One payment a year keeps it simple and keeps the price down. (Monthly billing for a dead man's switch felt like a bit much.)
Do the people I name have to pay?
No. The people who receive your binder and your trusted contacts never pay.
